Positive: “The Seaside Resort is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The pool is amazing, and the atmosphere is even better!
Negative: The seaside resort is beautiful and very comfortable. The pool is great and the atmosphere is lovely. However, the air conditioner was a bit noisy, and at night the water flow was quite loud, which made it hard to sleep. I also hope the hotel can provide a thermometer and some basic first aid supplies for guests.

Positive: Had to call Maintenance to fix TV late night & they showed up, coffee pot not working, but everything & everyone else just wonderful. So Thankful we get to do this. My girls swam, ran on the beach & jam to the live music. Thank you for everything. Cheri High

Negative: One of the staff members at check-in was very rude not only once but twice, (monique) If she doesn't like custpomer service she should not work there. Never in my 13 yrs of going there have I erver had a bad experience with a staff member. Cable service was out and controls did not work.

Positive: The area the pool very nice views and area to enjoy with family
Negative: Outdated restrooms were no clean , the microwave dirty staff not so friendly the bartender rude not friendly if we weren’t locals when we asked for drinks she had an attitude
